Account Information
On the Account Information page, manage your account information and current location, as well as password.

On the Account Information tab, you can:
- view account information for your account, such as your User Name, Email Address, and current Location.
- change your current location by selecting from the Location list, which contains locations to which you have viewership. Your current location is shown at the top of the application (web) or on the main menu (mobile app). The list of locations contains those to which you have viewership, as set in your employee record.
- agree to receive internal alerts as emails and/or text messages using the Email Alerts and Text Alerts toggles. See "Alerts: Alerts Panel & Email Alerts" for more information about alerts.
- view company information, such as your Customer Number (TSD account number).

- Click the Password and Security tab. If your password will expire soon, a notice is displayed on the right. For your protection, all passwords are encrypted.
- Enter your Old Password.
- Enter your New Password. TSD DEALER passwords must meet the following requirements:
- must be a minimum of eight (8) characters in length
- cannot be one of the previous six (6) passwords
- Confirm your new password.
- Click .

For protection against unauthorized use of the application, users have six (6) consecutive chances to log in successfully (using the correct password). If this number of attempts is exceeded, the account is automatically locked for 5 minutes.
Use the TSD DEALER login page to reset a password or user name. You must have a valid Email Address set up in your employee record.
