Language Preference (Employee Record, User Account)

This setting is only displayed if the Country Code management setting is outside of the U.S.

An employee's preferred display language for the application (English or French (CA)) can be set on an employee's record and the User Account page. This is separate from the location-level Language Preference; an employee's personal preference takes priority over their location's setting whenever the two differ.

All application text, such as screen / tab / field / menu labels, buttons, messages, dashboards, etc.

It does not include

text typed / entered by users (e.g., names, vehicle color, location name / code / dealer number).
formatting for numbers, date / times, currency, and fuel measurements. These are managed by other regional settings.
