Require Unit Inspection (Management setting)

Use this setting to make the inspection of a unit mandatory on different types of agreements, at open and/or close agreement (which includes close pend)

If using the new version of inspections, the inspection will be required to be performed on the mobile app. You can make exceptions for employees using the Override Mobile Inspection permission, in which an Override Mobile Inspection option will be available on the agreement to satisfy the inspection requirement on the web.

If you don't have permission to override this requirement, the following will be displayed in red text within the Inspections section: "INSPECTION REQUIRED, PERFORM ON MOBILE APP." In order to complete an open agreement after assigning a unit on the web, you must pend the inspection so it can be completed on mobile.

Note: If inspections are required for close, if the inspection is performed at close pend, it is not required at close since it was already performed when the unit was returned.
