Alerts Hub (Management setting)

TSD DEALER alerts are designed to keep you apprised of important information about your appointments, agreements, and fleet. Use the Alerts Hub setting to turn on different types of alerts generated at your location. You can have these alerts pop up in the Alerts Panel (web and mobile app), emailed, and/or texted. Note: For employee to receive alerts, he or she must also:

  • have the Display Alerts permission
  • have a valid email address and/or phone number (for email and/or text alerts)
  • opt to receive email and text alerts in the Account Information page
  • turn on alert visibility in the Alerts Panel settings

The following types of alerts are available:

  • Geofence Breaches, available for locations with TSD Telematics, this makes the Geofence Breach Alerts setting available, so you can set up alerts when a unit leaves a geofenced boundary area. See "TSD Telematics" for more information.
  • Low Fuel, when a unit's Fuel Level is less than 1/4 of a tank.
  • Overdue Agreements, when an Open agreement is an hour past its Expected Return Date and time and is now considered Overdue. See "Agreement Statuses" for more information.
  • Missing Fuel, when a unit is returned (at close, close pend, or unit exchange) with less Fuel In than Fuel Out.
  • Expedited Appointment Submitted, when a customer submits appointment information on an Expedited Appointment. See "Expedited Appointments" for more information.
  • Contactless Signature Captured, when a customer submits a remote signature on a Contactless Agreement. See "Contactless Agreements: Remote Signatures" for more information.
  • Service Alert, when a unit receives a service warning or alert.
  • Recall Alert, when unit has an active recall and is In Use on an agreement. See "Vehicle Safety Recalls" for more information.
  • Telematics Enrollment Failed, available for locations with TSD Telematics, when attempted enrollment of a unit with the Telematics Hub has failed. See "TSD Telematics" for more information.
  • Loaner Appointment Booked, when an Loaner appointment is created for a customer in the application or through a web scheduler.
  • Rental Appointment Booked, when a Rental appointment is created for a customer in the application or through a web scheduler.
  • Test Drive Appointment Booked, when a Test Drive appointment is created for a customer in the application or through a web scheduler.
