Third Party Agreements
You must have Third Party Service turned on at your location (within the Agreement Types management setting) to use this feature.
Third Party Agreements are those on which a third party is providing a unit to the customer, instead of your fleet. These agreements do not count toward your fleet total, length of use (LOU), or utilization metrics.

- In the Management Hub, find and edit the Agreement Types management setting and turn on the Third Party Service option.
- Add Third Party Providers using the Agreement Third Party Providers setting. See "Manage third party agreement providers" for more information.

You can quickly locate open rental agreements by clicking the Open status tile in the Third Party Agreements section on the Agreement Operations dashboard.
- On the Agreement Hub, type search criteria and press Enter or click .
- Narrow results by selecting the Third Party filter check box under the Agreement Types search filters on the left panel. See "Search for an agreement" in the Agreement Hub topic for more information about agreement searches.

View and edit a Third Party agreement using the same process as when viewing and editing any other type of agreement. See "View and edit an agreement" for more information.

- Follow the instructions to open an agreement. See "Open an agreement". Instead of selecting a unit from your fleet, click .
- Select a third party provider from the list.
- Click .

- Search for the open Third Party agreement, and click . If already viewing the agreement, click Close Agreement.
- A confirmation message is displayed. Click to close the third party agreement.

On the Search Open or Agreement tabs on the Home page, open the Operations and Performance dashboard () to access instant agreement statistics for all locations to which you have viewership. See "Agreement Operations and Performance Dashboard".
