Training Hub: Tutorials & TSD University

TSD offers a suite of training resources to help you become an expert at setting up and using TSD DEALER, and how to take advantage of the application's key features to streamline and improve your business.

On the Training Hub, you'll find two categories of training resources: TUTORIALS and TSD UNIVERSITY.

• Tutorials: Learn the How's. These are self-guided training courses containing multiple topics with how-to videos, written walkthroughs, and practice software simulations that cover key setups and usage of the application.
• TSD University: Learn the 'Why's. TSD University consists of short videos led by TSD experts to help you learn why key features benefit your business. These are broken down by level of difficulty (Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctorate), with filters on the left panel, so you can choose what works for you.

Tutorials: Learn the 'How's'

Tutorials are self-guided training courses. Each course contains multiple topics with videos, written walkthroughs, and practice software simulations that cover key setups and usage of the application. Each topic is easy to navigate, easy to follow, and always available as an independent and flexible learning experience that can be completed at your convenience.

• Admin Setup (63 MB): Learn how to use the Admin Hub to manage your locations, employees, roles, and management settings.
• Agreements (30 MB): Learn how to search for, open, and close agreements, as well as enter Delivery and Collection information and collect remote signatures via email or text message for a contactless agreement process.
• Best Practices (28 MB): Get the most out of TSD DEALER, including understanding key metrics, protecting sensitive information, CCPA compliance, and more.
• Customers (40 MB): Learn how to add and manage customer records.
• Delivery and Collection (40 MB): For locations using TSD's Delivery and Collection module, learn the ins and outs of using this feature to your advantage, including setup requirements, flow processes from a manager or driver's perspective, key components, and more.
• Fleet Management (56 MB): Learn the basics of adding and updating unit records and managing your fleet.
• Mobile App (26 MB): Learn how to open and close agreements for customers and manage your fleet with the mobile app, and how to access the full web application on a mobile device.
• Operations & Performance Data (40 MB): This tutorial introduces you how to use centralized Operations and Performance dashboards to build useful live reporting.
• TSD Connect (28 MB): This tutorial contains information on TSD Connect's suite of integrations: TSD Charging Connect (credit card and payment processing), TSD Toll Connect (automated toll processing), and TSD Telematics (Connected Car Integration).
