Delivery and Collection Statuses

The following is a list of Delivery and Collection-related phases, represented as tags to identify the part of the delivery and collection, in addition to the appointment or agreement's actual status. You can find some of these as search filter options on the left panel of the Delivery and Collection Hub, or as status tiles on the Operations dashboard.

Note that a single appointment or agreement may have multiple tags (e.g., it may be a Booked appointment that is Pending Trip Details).

Status tags are color-coded to help you quickly identify the type of action needed. For example, green statuses generally indicate active or ready records, gray tags indicate inactive records (e.g., closed agreements), yellow indicate in use or in service units, orange is advisory (e.g., for incomplete information), red tags require your attention, blue shows the agreement type, and purple tags are informative.

PDL (PDL): This tag is present on appointments that have come through your partnered web scheduler (BDC) that request service pickup and delivery.

Pending Customer Details (Pending Customer Details): Booked Expedited Appointments that are marked for Delivery and/or Collection but still require the customer to submit his or her appointment information. (You may need to manually resend a new expedited appointment form URL.) Once that is complete, or after an agreement is created from the appointment, the appointment will no longer be considered Pending Customer Details and the tag will be removed.

Pending Trip Details (Pending Trip Details): Appointments marked for Delivery and/or Collection on which trip information must be entered before the trip can be started. Once this information is filled in, this tag is removed.

Ready for Delivery (Delivery): Booked appointments ready for Delivery of the unit to the customer, meaning all required trip details are filled in. Once the delivery starts or after the appointment is opened into an agreement, this tag is removed.

Pre-Delivery (Pre-Delivery): Incomplete status agreements marked for Pre-Delivery of the unit to the customer, which means the PRE-DELIVERY button was selected on the agreement instead of completing the open. Pre-delivered agreements are those that are created as Incomplete agreements prior to delivery to the customer, so updated Fuel, Miles, Checkout Date / Time, and inspection information (if applicable) must be submitted before the agreement can be officially opened, and a signature must be obtained either electronically or on a printed hard copy. This information will either be obtained and submitted by the driver after delivery is complete at the customer's destination (using the Delivery and Collection driver checklist on the mobile app), or by the dealer at the location (via the Continue button). (Pre-Delivery agreements can also be voided.)

Collection (Collection): Open agreements that have a pending Collection of the unit from the customer within the next seven (7) days, based on the Collection Date. This tag will remain until the agreement is closed.

Pickup (CVT) (Pickup): This tag mimics the Ready for Delivery tag on booked appointments, except it is applicable for Customer Vehicle Transfers (CVTs).

Return (CVT) (Return): This tag mimics the Collection tag on open agreements, except it is applicable for Customer Vehicle Transfers (CVTs).

Substatuses

Delivery and Collection substatues are additional attributes to further categorize your deliveries and collections, regardless of the appointment or agreement's official status. You can find these as Substatus search filter options on the left panel of the Delivery and Collection Hub, or as status tiles on the Delivery and Collection Operations dashboard.

Driver Enroute: Appointments and agreements on which the delivery or collection trip is in progress, as indicated by the location or driver sending the Deliver Now or Collect Now notification at the start of the trip. There is no Enroute tag, but you can find these records using the Driver Enroute hub card on the Dashboard or search filter on the Delivery and Collection Hub. Once the driver arrives back at the dealership, this sub-status is no longer applicable.

Other Tags

While the following are not considered Delivery and Collection statuses, you may find some of these tags on Delivery and Collection appointments and agreements, in addition to the status.

Booked (Booked): This status applies to appointments. The appointment is booked, and is ready to be open into an agreement.

Incomplete (Incomplete):  This status applies to agreements, and will accompany agreements in the Pre-Delivery phase. Though this agreement has an Agreement Number, the agreement has a status of Incomplete (and is not considered Open) until the signed agreement form is returned and attached to the agreement in TSD DEALER. Depending on whether your location has the Enable Open Pending Agreements setting turned on, a Continue button is available to continue the agreement process.
