Delivery and Collection / Pickup and Delivery
Meet your customers' needs by bringing your dealership to their driveway. Delivery and Collection integration facilitates a process of delivering a unit and picking up a customer's vehicle for service, then collecting the unit when the repair is complete. Insurance Verification Integration
Automate your process of capturing and/or verifying a customer's automobile insurance policy on expedited appointments and agreements. This integration is offered with multiple provider options. See "Insurance Verification Integration" for more information.
MDL autoMation's Service Drive Concierge™
Detect the location and movement of units within the lot through the use of License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology. Leverage vehicle tracking when:
- adding, editing, and removing units
- opening and closing agreements
- performing exchanges

Record360
Access digital photos and videos for a unit's VIN from your system's Record360 account on unit records and agreements.
Test Drives
TSD DEALER supports your Test Drive programs, where potential customers temporarily take possession of a new vehicle to determine if they want to buy it.
You can track the availability and usage of a unit being used on Test Drives, as well as take advantage of our TSD Web Scheduler to optimize your online booking process for test drives.
TSD Connect
TSD Connect is a suite of integrations that allows you to:
- securely capture credit cards to charge customers for your daily rates, fuel, and toll violations.
- track a unit's location, fuel, and mileage, and use this information to recoup fuel costs.
- automate your toll violation process for your customers and your employees.

TSD Charging Connect
TSD Charging Connect provides integrated credit card and payment processing for your daily rates, fuel charges, and tolls. TSD Charging Connect is required for toll processing (TSD Toll Connect) and Connected Car integration (TSD Telematics).
TSD Toll Connect
TSD Toll Connect automates payment processing for toll violations incurred on agreements, chargeable to either the customer or the dealership. Your fleet will be registered with Verra Mobility or Tollaid.
TSD Telematics
TSD Telematics provides real-time fleet telematics to help you monitor a unit's location, fuel consumption and mileage to facilitate fuel cost recovery. It requires a telematics device that plugs into a unit’s ODB port and captures location, fuel and mileage; this data becomes available on agreements and unit records.
Web Schedulers / BDC
A Web Scheduler optimizes your booking and the customer experience. TSD DEALER offers BDC integrations with various third party interfaces, as well as the TSD Web Scheduler, which integrates with your website and communicates with one of TSD’s APIs.
Wireless Service Advisor (WSA) Interface
The Wireless Service Advisor (WSA) interface integration integrates with TSD DEALER to streamline and simplify your service process for customers. Service Advisors can start the agreement process, lining up all the necessary customer information for the service department to assign a unit and complete the agreement.
