TSD's 24/7 Critical Support Services

For critical issues (defined below), call TSD's 24/7 Critical Support line at (978) 296-6187 and wait through all prompts. When calling after-hours support, please have the following information ready to expedite service:

  1. Your TSD Number. Your TSD account number verifies your eligibility for after-hours support. You can find this, along with your Dealer Number, at the top of your TSD DEALER screen, under the Locations list.
  2. Issue Classification: Our answering service will confirm your eligibility for support, and direct your call to a Support representative. Should your issue not fall into the critical category, TSD Support will be pleased to assist you during our regular office hours.
What is a "Critical Issue"?

A "Critical Issue" is on in which more than 50% of the workstations at a location:

  • are unable to save when opening an agreement
  • are unable to save when closing an agreement
  • are unable to print an agreement
  • are unable to process credit cards
  • are unable to save a new appointment
