Best Practices: Contactless Service for your Customers
A hands-free approach helps to protect the safety of your employees and your customers, as well as provides optimal service. Here's the TSD DEALER roadmap for implementing a completely contactless customer experience.
Step 1. Go Mobile
A mobile solution eliminates unnecessary costs and improves customer satisfaction with drastically reduced wait times and no need to even step inside. With your iOS mobile app and Apple device, you can:
- remotely scan a driver's license and capture photos of an insurance card through a window
- collect an e-signature or a remote signature via email or text
- email an agreement form
Step 2. Book an Appointment in Advance (and Make it Expedited!)
Capture customer and unit information in advance by booking appointments. We offer integrations with many web schedulers, which optimize your booking process and the customer experience. Contact your TSD Sales Representative at sales@tsdweb.com for more information.
You can also have your customers remotely access their appointments and update information in advance of their checkout time or delivery with the Expedited Appointments feature with automatic texts or emails containing a link to the appointment.

Step 3. Schedule Delivery and Collection
TSD DEALER's Delivery and Collection feature helps you meet your customers' needs by bringing your dealership to their driveway, facilitating a process of delivering a loaner unit and picking up a customer's vehicle for service, then collecting the loaner unit when the repair is complete. Step 4. Take Payments with Credit Card Processing

Step 5. Collect a Remote Signature through Email or Text
When you have Signature Capture and Texting set up for your location (if not, contact support@tsdweb.com), you can complete the agreement process by obtaining a signature from your customer remotely, through a text message or email that contains a link to a signable agreement form PDF.
